Using the application is considered as an acknowledgment by the user of having read the disclaimer below and agreeing to adhere to its content. In case of disagreement with the legal disclaimer or the privacy policy, the user is advised to immediately stop using the application

The General Secretariat of the Tender Board reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. These amendments become an integral part of the terms and conditions and apply to the user once adopted.
