Dear Users,

We would like to inform you that a new feature — Project/Tender Preparation Plan will be added to the system. This will serve as a preliminary stage before initiating and publishing any tender in the portal.

Accordingly, the Authority emphasizes the importance of completing all project/ tender preparation data before starting the procedures for tender preparation and announcement through the system.

Please also note that, effective 15 March 2026, preparing a plan for the tender will become a mandatory requirement. The system will not allow any tender to be published without a completed and approved plan, for all entities subject to the provisions of the Tender Law.
